Hi, I'm Jithu Benny.

In January 2023 I moved from India to Germany. It was a big step into a new life, and I wanted more than a job: I wanted to grow, keep learning, and truly settle in. By then I already had four years as a software engineer behind me, first at Innovature and then at Geojit Technologies.

I joined TREE IT GmbH & Co. KG in April 2023 and spent my first year as a trainee. I learned the team's development processes and tools, and also how they work: agile thinking, clear communication, and owning things as a team. At the same time I continued learning German.

TREE IT didn't just offer me a job. They gave me a place to feel at home in a new country, with room to learn, contribute, and take ownership.

Since August 2024 I've been building for Porsche. I work on Porsche ID, the account Porsche customers use to manage their profile, across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

I completed my postgraduate studies at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering in India. I work comfortably in English, German, and Malayalam (my native language).

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and investing in my personal growth.
