Start the Discussion

One of the things I've learned from experience is this:

You don't need to be an expert in everything you work on.

You just need to be confident enough to speak about what you know.

When you share your thoughts, people with more experience in that area can challenge your perspective, explain why they see things differently, and share their knowledge.

And that's where the real learning happens.

Someone has to go first

I've also realized something important about teamwork:

Someone needs to put an idea on the table for discussion.

It doesn't always have to be the correct opinion.

It doesn't always have to be the final decision.

What matters is that the discussion starts.

Different perspectives come together, ideas get challenged, assumptions get questioned, and eventually, the team arrives at a better solution.

What a strong team looks like

For me, a strong team isn't one where everyone already knows the answer.

It's one where people feel comfortable saying:

"This is what I think. What do you think?"

Because sometimes, the best solution doesn't come from one person knowing everything.

It comes from a team learning from each other. 🚀
